Reiki 1 - First level Reiki
During the Reiki 1 course we are attuned with the help of the teacher in order to better connect with the Universal Life Energy. The aim of Reiki I is to learn to help oneself precisely by putting hands on the body, through the hand positions given during the course. By doing so, we begin to create a connection with ourselves, with our body, and get to know ourselves better.

Reiki 2 - Second level Reiki
Receiving Reiki 2 greatly enhances the flow of Universal Divine Energy. Reiki 2 works primarily on our mental and emotional state. The barrier of space and time is broken down, and we learn to send Reiki into the distance and into past situations in our lives, in order to heal the past as we can send Reiki into the future.

Reiki 2.5 - 2.5 Reiki Level
The Reiki 2.5 degree allows us adequate time for the changes taking place after receiving Reiki 2. During Reiki 2.5 we are introduced to further modalities that can effectively remove blockages on physical, mental and emotional levels.

Reiki 3 - Third level Reiki
Reiki 3 is referred to as a 'master degree', and this term refers to a degree of advancement in conscious development. With the reception of this degree, the gateway to a sense of oneness with oneself, everyone and everything is opened to us. Third-degree Reiki is not synonymous with the degree of teacher; by adopting third-degree Reiki, and working with energy, we become our own 'masters' over time, meaning that we have come to know ourselves, and our awareness of ourselves and everything has expanded.
