About me
My name is Katarzyna Obrochta. Ever since I can remember, as a child, I have felt this world deeply. I didn’t know how to name it, but I often felt other people’s trauma or felt their pain deeply. Today I know that it is a sensitivity, feeling. I remember asking questions as a child, where is God? Why, if there is one God, are there so many religions in the world? We are born feeling, but the world, suffering often makes us not want to feel, we repress it.
The world we live in here shows us, or life has shown us, that being sensitive, feeling is strange, or even incorrect. We disconnect from feeling, we disconnect from the heart, we don’t know how to protect ourselves and feel at the same time.
I’ve been repeating the same cycles for years, trying to find myself in jobs, relationships that I already know weren’t for me, or trying to fit into places where my soul was saying no, yet I wasn’t listening. This causes us to lose our life energy and consequently lose ourselves and our connection to ourselves and therefore to God.
Along the way, I have met people who have shown me direction at key moments in my life. Today I know that we are all one, a part of God, the Divine energy fills us.
I believe that life is the best teacher, but working with Reiki energy, the right guidance at a key moment, understanding energy, balance of feminine and masculine energy within us, understanding how to protect yourself, cleanse energetically everyday, and working with it, allows you to reconnect more deeply with your essence, with your soul, with your heart.
And this is how I “came across” Reiki Usui many years ago. After the first session, I knew it was an energy ‘that I wanted to work with further’. And so, one by one, at intervals, I took all the Reiki degrees until I reached the degree of Master Reiki Teacher.
Another beautiful energy I have come to know is the Angelic World Energy. Here again, I have taken the degrees of Angel Reiki (also known as Angel Channeling), up to the Degree that allows me to teach this energy, be a channel of it and pass it on.
